LB ENTREPRENEURSHIP 2026: FROM IDEAS TO ACTIO

Throughout this year, Lord Byron School strengthened its entrepreneurship education programme through two key experiences: the Business Plan Presentations and the LB Entrepreneurship Fair.

Students in 4th and 5th year of secondary school in the Regular Programme took on the challenge of transforming their ideas into business proposals — identifying needs, opportunities, and potential customers, and developing business models using the Business Model Canvas. During the presentations, teams delivered a pitch before a panel of judges made up of specialists from ESAN University, who evaluated their proposals and put their ability to argue, make decisions, and respond to new challenges to the test. The standout projects were selected to participate in the LB Entrepreneurship Fair 2026. At the same time, the Extracurricular Entrepreneurship Workshop — aimed this year at students from 5th to 9th grade — brought them closer to the business world through hands-on activities, dynamic exercises, and challenges that fostered creativity, teamwork, and the ability to identify opportunities.

The process culminated in the LB Entrepreneurship Fair 2026, where our students presented their products and services, engaged with the school community, and put promotion and marketing strategies into practice. More than developing a project, our students had the opportunity to create, experiment, make decisions, and learn by doing — strengthening essential skills to face the challenges of the future.

We congratulate the LB 2026 Entrepreneurs of the Year for their initiative, creativity, and commitment. At Lord Byron School, we continue shaping students who are capable of turning their ideas into opportunities — and their opportunities into action
